Whether it’s through our retail store, events, or Dolfin Dust products, everything we do is rooted in supporting players and creating spaces where people feel comfortable being themselves.

Our team program exists to partner with players and ambassadors who genuinely align with those values and want to help represent the brand both on and off the course. Being part of the Dolfin team isn’t about being the best player or having the biggest following—it’s about how you show up, how you treat others, and how you help create a better disc golf community.

Team members are expected to represent the brand in a respectful, inclusive, and positive way. In return, we aim to support our team through product, discounts, exposure, and opportunities to grow alongside the brand.
