The Dolfin’s Doubloon Dive Scratch-Off Promotional Offer (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Dolfin Discs (“Sponsor”).

Promotion Description

The Promotion consists of a scratch-off card distributed by Sponsor as a promotional offer. Each scratch-off card contains two concealed symbols. Participants must scratch both symbols to reveal the offer.

If both symbols match, the participant will receive the prize or discount corresponding to the revealed symbol. If the symbols do not match, the participant will still receive a guaranteed discount via the promotional code printed on the back of the scratch-off card. All scratch-off cards provide at least one discount. There are no losing cards.

This Promotion is intended solely as a promotional program and is not a lottery, raffle, or gambling activity.

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States. Participants under eighteen (18) years of age must have permission of a parent or legal guardian to redeem a scratch-off card. Sponsor’s employees, contractors, and representatives, and their immediate family members, may be excluded at Sponsor’s discretion.

No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to receive or redeem a scratch-off card. Scratch-off cards may be distributed for free or included with select promotional or special-edition products at no additional cost. A purchase does not increase the likelihood of receiving a particular prize or discount.

How to Participate

Participants must scratch both designated areas on the scratch-off card to reveal the symbols. All prizes and discounts are pre-determined and printed on the card prior to distribution. No participant action influences the outcome other than scratching the card.

Prizes, Discounts, and Odds of Receiving a Prize

The odds of receiving a specific prize or discount depend on the total number of scratch-off cards printed and distributed. All prizes and discounts are pre-determined and randomly distributed prior to issuance. A total of 400 scratch-off cards have been printed.

The available prizes and discounts, and their corresponding odds, are as follows:

• $100 Gift Card: 4 available; odds of receiving are 4 out of 400
• $50 Gift Card: 4 available; odds of receiving are 4 out of 400
• $20 Gift Card: 8 available; odds of receiving are 8 out of 400
• $10 off a $40 purchase: 28 available; odds of receiving are 28 out of 400
• $5 off a $10 purchase: 80 available; odds of receiving are 80 out of 400
• 20% off purchase: 40 available; odds of receiving are 40 out of 400
• 15% off purchase: 136 available; odds of receiving are 136 out of 400
• 10% off purchase: 100 available; odds of receiving are 100 out of 400

All scratch-off cards provide at least one discount.

Odds are based on the total number of scratch-off cards printed and distributed. Once a prize tier has been fully redeemed, no additional prizes of that type will be awarded.

Gift cards have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or cash equivalents.

Redemption Methods

Scratch-off offers may be redeemed in one of the following ways:

• In person at Dolfin Discs retail location(s);
• In person at events where Dolfin Discs is vending; or
• Online using the promotional code printed on the back of the scratch-off card.

For in-person redemption, the original scratch-off card must be presented at the time of purchase. For online redemption, the promotional code must be entered at checkout.

Discount and Prize Restrictions

Unless otherwise stated:

• Limit one (1) scratch-off card per transaction;
• Offers may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or coupon codes;
• Offers are not valid on prior purchases;
• Discounts apply only to eligible merchandise, as determined by Sponsor;
• Gift cards and discounts may not be sold, transferred, or substituted.

Validity Period

Each scratch-off card and promotional code is valid only during the promotional period stated on the card or otherwise communicated by Sponsor. Scratch-off cards and promotional codes not redeemed by the expiration date are void.

Fraud, Tampering, and Abuse

Scratch-off cards are void if altered, damaged, copied, duplicated, sold, transferred, or obtained through unauthorized means. Sponsor reserves the right to refuse redemption of any scratch-off card or promotional code suspected of fraud, tampering, or abuse. Lost or stolen scratch-off cards
will not be replaced.

Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for printing errors, lost or stolen cards, illegible or damaged scratch-offs, or technical issues affecting online redemption. Sponsor’s maximum liability in connection with the Promotion shall be limited to the value of the applicable prize or discount.

Right to Modify or Terminate

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud, technical failures, or unforeseen circumstances. Any modification or termination will not affect properly redeemed offers prior to such action.

Governing Law

The Promotion and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within New York.

Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the Promotion constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
